Instructions for updating your PTO membership:

Returning Members:

STEP 1: click on “Login” at the top of the sidebar. Enter your email and password 

STEP 2: Updates must be done on the TO Do List page or by going to the My Info tab and using the drop down menu. This must be done prior to purchasing a membership.

On the To Do List page:

click on “Change” next to My Students. Verify/input all information. To add a student, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add Student”. Once all students are in, click “Save Students”. Any other update can be done using “My Info” drop down menu. 

click on “Change” next to My Profile. Verify/input all information. Verify that you would NOT like to be published in the online directory. Check the box if you would like to be listed as a Safe Home. When done click “Save”. Any other update can be done using “My Info” drop down menu.

STEP 3: Go to the For Sale” tab. Choose “Membership Drive 2016-2017” "Membership Dues 2016-2017" and or Directory App. Continue the check-out process, to pay by Credit Card enter your payment and click “Complete Order”.

To pay by Check, check out and mail payment to:

Make sure your Family Name is on the check.

Fundraising - PTO Membership

Description:  

Manage Membership, Directory App inquiries and records. 

The directory can be accessed online by logging in, going to My Account, and then using the drop down to the MHS PTO Directory.  In addition to the directory, membership in the PTO helps to provide great programs like The Admissions Game, Senior Scholarships, donations of important items for our teachers and the school. We appreciate all those who have joined. Senior parents, please remember you must be a member in order to apply for the PTO scholarship offered to 4 seniors each year.

 
Fundraising - SAT/ACT Bootcamp

Organize and help run the SAT/ACT Bootcamps.

Fundraising - Shoe Recycling

Description:  

This is an amazing service fundraising opportunity where we collect and reuse donated shoes.

As a result of your generosity, the PTO has collected 13 full boxes or 550 pairs or 1,100 shoes to date.  
Due to this tremendous success, the PTO will continue this fundraiser throughout the year, so you will have plenty of opportunities to clean out closets and donate in the future.  
Since it is December, we encourage you to scour your closets and mudrooms for old shoes to make room for Christmas/Hanukkah gifts.   We will of course ensure that your shoes will be repurposed to help those in need throughout the world.  The money we raise will go back to the students.
 
No rubber flip flops, crocs or snow boots!
Collection bins are located in the lobby of the High School.

Great American Smokeout

Description:  

This is a one-day national event in November. Supervise display and distribute information to students concerning the dangers of smoking.

 
Hospitality

Description:  

Provide food for teacher appreciation lunch and other PTO / MHS functions; assist in serving and cleaning up. Volunteers needed.

 
Municipal Alliance Liaison

Description:  

Attend Municipal Alliance meetings and report back to the PTO board and membership. No additional volunteers needed at this time.

 
Programs

Project Graduation 2017

Attention Senior Parents:

The planning for Project Graduation 2017 has begun! At our Sept 21st Kick-Off meeting we filled most of the committee chairs, however a few important positions are still open.
